PATHWAY 01 - ANXIETY, FITTING IN & SCHOOL AVOIDANCE
Confidence & Belonging
For teens who are struggling to fit in, to cope, or to get to school at all.
Is this for my child?
Your child might be finding friendships hard, especially after a move. They might dread school, avoid it altogether, or come home exhausted from holding it together all day. Many of the young people I work with are neurodivergent and tired of environments that weren't designed for them.
What we work on
Understanding themselves and their strengths. Practical tools for anxiety and social situations. Building a steadier, calmer relationship with school, at a pace that feels manageable.
What changes?
Parents often notice a child who's more open at home, more willing to try things, and more able to bounce back from a hard day.
Barry has been amazing at helping Lucas find his feet. The combination of sport and mentorship has made a real difference.

PATHWAY 02 - IGCSE & GCSE EXAM SUCCESS
Academic Success
For students preparing for IGCSE, GCSE and beyond, who want to work smarter, not just harder.
Is this for my child?
Your child might be bright and willing, but revision feels chaotic, they don't know where to start, or their results don't reflect the effort they put in. Some freeze in exams despite knowing the material.
What we work on
Revision methods grounded in the science of learning, such as retrieval practice and spaced repetition. A realistic study plan that fits around school and life. Strategies for staying calm and focused in the exam room.
What changes?
Students know exactly what to revise and how, feel in control rather than overwhelmed, and walk into exams with confidence.
Fatima now knows how to revise effectively and is so much more confident preparing for her examinations.

PATHWAY 03 - CONFIDENCE & NERVES IN SPORT.
Sports Mindset
For young athletes whose nerves are getting in the way of the sport they love.
Is this for my child?
Your child might train brilliantly but freeze on match day, dwell on mistakes, or have started to lose their love for the game because of pressure.
What we work on
Pre-performance routines that settle nerves. Confidence that holds up under pressure. Bouncing back quickly from mistakes, and enjoying their sport again.
What changes?
Athletes who perform closer to their potential when it counts, and who rediscover why they started playing in the first place.
My son went from dreading his rugby sessions to thriving and his love of the game has returned. Barry has been a great support through a tough time and we are so grateful for his help, support and kindness throughout.

QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK
Good to know
Something else on your mind? Message me on WhatsApp and I'll reply personally.
You'll get regular updates on progress and goals. What your child shares stays between us, unless I'm ever concerned about their safety, in which case you'll always be told.
Wherever your child feels most comfortable: on a bike trail, at the gym, on the golf course, at home, in a quiet café, or online. We'll agree the best setting together. I cover all areas in Dubai.
Yes. Many of the young people I work with are neurodivergent, and I adapt sessions to how each child thinks and learns. I'm a coach rather than a clinician, so I don't diagnose, but I'm always happy to work alongside your child's school, therapist or other professionals.
Most young people work with me for around 8-12 sessions, but every plan is bespoke. We'll review progress regularly and adjust as we go.
Packages start from AED 2,400. Because every plan is tailored, I'll give you a clear price after our first conversation, with no obligation.
No. Coaching focuses on the present and the future: building confidence, skills and practical strategies. Therapy is better suited to treating mental health conditions or working through trauma. If I ever feel your child would benefit from specialist support, I'll tell you honestly and help you find it.
